Job description
- You will assist in overseeing the entire process of product and packaging development.
- This also includes handling and resolving consumer complaints, both internally and externally.
- Logistics tasks are also part of your responsibilities, such as monitoring customer creation.
- You are involved in the entire sales process, maintain frequent contact with customers, and prepare quotes for the sales team.
- You conduct analyses in terms of revenue, market share, and more, and prepare quarterly and annual reviews.
- You combine your sharp commercial instincts with excellent social skills.
- As a sales support, you have an affinity for numbers.
- You are proactive in the workplace, an excellent planner, and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- You have a flexible attitude to communicate with various parties.
- You work with spreadsheets and databases, and prepare presentations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French and German are a clear plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, etc.).
- Hands-on, eager to learn, and willing to grow in an international environment.
