Job description
- You lead the S&OP process. You prepare and host monthly S&OP meetings with all production sites. (Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, USA, Brazil, Russia)
- You analyze and transform supply chain data into useful information, KPI’s and metrics. You summarize data in standard reporting formats and share with the rest of the organization.
- Together with your supply chain colleagues you develop and improve reporting dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI. You help building standard processes and reports.
- You monitor KPI and support improvement initiatives.
- You influence key decision makers and drive decisions in line with our S&OP outcomes. You recommend strategic initiatives to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
- You help developing contingency plans to manage risks and ensure business continuity.
- You will be part of the Drylock Global Supply Chain Team, reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director.
Profile
- Leadership presence and the ability to lead a process in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Passionate about data.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience in creating executive-friendly presentations on complex business and Supply Chain topics and presenting to senior level audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships.
- You are a result-oriented team-player.
- Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and responsive to change.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Willing to travel occasionally.
