Job description
- Manage projects from start to finish, including product development, packaging, and market launch.
- Manage a variety of products in the category to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate communication among product, sales, R&D and purchase teams.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams across regions, including EU, US, Brazil, etc. to ensure projects align with company objectives and deadlines.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports and analyses.
Profile
- Master degree with a minimum of at least 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related field;
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Flexible, pro-active, and eager to contribute in a dynamic international environment;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
- Willing to travel.
