Job description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communication with key accounts.
- Understand client’s business needs and objectives to tailor services or products to their needs.
- Develop strategies to grow account revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with sales, product management and customer service teams to deliver solutions for clients.
- Analyse account data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably in FMCG or Retail Brand;
- Problem-solving skills and experience in building relationships across all levels;
- Strong communication skills for effective
- Flexible, pro-active, and eager to contribute in a dynamic international environment;
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
- Willing to travel.
