Job description

As part of the Healthcare team at HQ, you are responsible for gaining, developing, and maintaining profitable business with specified key customers in the Healthcare segment. You take full ownership of customer relationships, commercial results, and the implementation of the agreed Healthcare sales and marketing strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for key accounts in line with the overall Healthcare strategy.
  • Prepare and follow up detailed customer plans, sales targets, and commercial action plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains, healthcare authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable product, service, and logistical solutions.
  • Negotiate and manage business conditions such as contracts, prices, bonuses, discounts, payment terms, and logistics agreements.
  • Coordinate internal teamwork and ensure the involvement of supporting departments such as marketing, logistics, finance, customer service, and product management.
  • Monitor competitors, market developments, distribution, receivables, and customer performance.
  • Report regularly on activities, results, and next steps according to management guidelines.
  • Represent Drylock Technologies in a professional way and act in line with internal policies and values.

Profile

At least 3 years of experience in in a Key Account Management role preferably working with distributors, wholesalers, or pharmacy chains.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, baby food, consumer healthcare, or the pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset.
  • You combine strong sales and negotiation skills with analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
  • You are customer-oriented, achievement-driven, and able to build long-term relationships with different stakeholders.
  • You are a strong planner with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • You communicate clearly, listen actively, and collaborate easily with internal and external partners.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant, open to change, and act with integrity.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • You are willing to work from our headquarters in Zele and travel regularly for customer visits.
