Job description
- Create & develop engaging SCORM-compliant e-learning courses
- Transform traditional training materials into dynamic digital experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration of SCORM packages into LMS365.
- Collaborate with internal experts to create dynamic and interactive training experiences.
- Test and troubleshoot your work for usability, technical performance and learner engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends in e-learning, animation, and digital learning tools.
Profile
- Proven experience in e-learning content creation and SCORM package development.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar).
- Familiarity with LMS systems, preferably LMS365.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Skills in animation, video editing, and multimedia design are a huge plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
