Job description

  • Support and work closely with the sales departments.
  • Follow up the entire process of product and packaging development.
  • Follow-up and handling of consumer complaints, both internally and towards the customer.
  • Logistical tasks are also part of your package, such as follow-up of customer creation
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers and prepare quotations for the sales team.
  • Analyse turnover, market share and more, and prepare quarterly and annual meetings.
  • You have a flexible attitude to communicate with many different parties.
  • You work with spreadsheets and databases and prepare presentations.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a Sales & Marketing function;
  • Hands-on, eager to learn and willing to grow in an international environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, etc.);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a valuable asset
